Project Initiation & Design Process

Each project within the CD Group starts with identifying our clients’ vision of the space they have, establishing a budget and timescale to deliver the build, reform or interior desired. From initial conversations and meetings we listen to our clients’ needs and together we identify concepts for our designers to work on. With this information our design teams produce 3d images’ enabling our client’s to clearly see how their project will look. Through working closely together we refine the complete design process before construction or refits start.

Project Planning

Project planning is essential. In commercial projects we appreciate time is money. With our own in house construction teams CD – Commercial has the ability to plan, execute and deliver projects with qualified, reliable and experienced craft and tradesmen. Not only does in-house communication enable better results, but when situations occur, we are able to re schedule and re plan quickly and effectively without being dependent on external resources which often delays development.
